No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow outside liquor, beer or wine to be brought into the venue. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, we require a licensed bartender.
Your final balance will be due 7 days prior to your event.
To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. Your next payment will be due 120 days out from your event and will be for 25% of the price of your selected package. And the remaining balance will be due after your final guest count is received about 7 days out from your event.

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at an hourly rate.
Yes, there are 3 guest rooms at the farmhouse that are available for you to reserve for your event.
No, there are no additional fees for set up, break down, or clean up of your event as clean up is the responsibility of the renter. We request the space be returned to the original condition prior to event.
